Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 612 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use 612's services.

To use the 612 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
  • Not be on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services.

612 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate the account of any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 612 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. This information is used for identity verification and account security purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
  • All activity occurring under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
  • Notifying 612 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Updating your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure your records remain accurate.

612 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All 612 platform users must comply with the usage rules set out below. This platform is to be used solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination and legal prosecution:

  • Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage.

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Sharing or selling account access to any third party for any purpose.
  • Using an account on behalf of another individual or entity without written authorisation from 612.

612 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy

All transactions on the 612 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by 612, including local e-wallets and bank transfers listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time. 612 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

Winnings can only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 612 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents prior to approving any withdrawal. Processing time varies depending on the withdrawal method selected.

Transaction Disputes

Any dispute relating to a transaction must be raised with the 612 support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. 612 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 612 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from your use of this platform. 612's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

612 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause the service to be temporarily inaccessible.

Account Suspension & Closure

612 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting voided bonuses or winnings) will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the 612 platform are the exclusive property of 612 or its relevant licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 612.
